Q - What is a Shell Scheme?
A: A shell scheme is a structure that consists of walling, a fascia/headerbord
and ceiling grid. It is supplied with one 500w electrical socket
and two spotlights. Unless otherwise requested your stand will be
shell scheme. Shell schemes are very versatile, you are able to
change the colour of the wall panels, add shelving or even create
a separate area. Please see the additional stand fittings information
in your exhibitor manual. View

Q: What is a headerboard?
A: The headerboard (or facia) on your stand will display your stand
number and your company name characters are limited to 31. You can
supply us with your headerboard title online by viewing your deadlines
page within My Events. Please note you cannot provide or use your
own headerboard on your stand. View

Q: What if we don't use purchase order numbers?
A: We offer you the choice of providing a P/O number because many
companies do use them. If you do not use them this is not a problem.
We often suggest that we use the contact's name as a reference on
the invoice instead.
Q: Can I reserve a stand without actually
booking it?
A: Unfortunately we cannot reserve stands. They are sold on a strictly
first come, first served basis.
Q: When will I receive my exhibitor manual?
A: After booking your stand you will be sent an exhibitor manual
that includes all relevant information and booking forms for additional
stand items, conference dinner, accommodation etc, that you will
need as an exhibitor. The manuals are usually sent out about 8 weeks
prior to the exhibition. You can also download the manual in pdf
format from this site.
Q: How do I book accommodation?
A: The accommodation booking forms are in the exhibitor manual that
will be sent out to all exhibitors 8 weeks prior to the exhibition.
Accommodation booking forms are then be returned directly to the
IRRV.
Q: Will you give the exhibition details
to my stand contractor?
A: As an exhibitor you will receive an exhibitor's manual. Within
the manual there is a contractor form to fill in with your contractor's
details and return to Tregartha Dinnie. As soon as your form is
received, another manual will be sent directly to your contractor.
If you are a registered user, you can also provide us with your
stand contractor's details online by goin to your deadlines page
from within My Events.
Q: When will I receive my delegate list?
A: Delegate lists will be emailed to exhibitors in the 2 weeks proceeding
the conference and exhibition. A hard copy of the list will be available
at the event, and the latest version, including all those that booked
on the day, will be emailed out to exhibitors as soon as it has
been compiled.
Q: Where can I find build-up and break down
times?
A: Build-up and break down times can be found in the exhibitor manual
which is sent out 8 weeks prior to the exhibition.
Q: What height can my stand be?
A: A shell scheme has a ceiling grid that is 2430mm from the floor,
so it is recommended that stands be between 2.3 - 2.4m maximum height
to fit within this. You can request for your ceiling grid to be
removed, however, most venues have a height restriction and you
must check with Tregartha Dinnie that your stand does not exceed
it. If you have booked 'space only' the height restrictions will
vary by venue. Details can be found in your exhibitor manual, or
by contacting Tregartha Dinnie.
Q: When will I be invoiced?
A1: All conferences (excluding Annual) - Invoices are raised three
months prior to the event, or at the end of the month in which the
stand booking was made if within this period.
A2: Annual Conference - Early bookings taken at Annual Conference
for the next year's event will be invoiced 10% deposit which is
payable by 30th November. An invoice for the balance will be raised
at the end of January. All other bookings will be invoiced in full
at the end of the month in which they were placed.
All payments should be made to the IRRV and are due in full prior
to the event.
